redesigning old items to fit new surroundings

updated pictures with curtains:

now i will tell you how i reupholdered my ottoman to fit my new room. it was quite easy!

all you need is a staple gun, 1 yard of your preferred fabric, sewing machine – to just sew several seams, and some artistic patience.

before:after looking at where the seams are on your desired ottoman or item you wish to reupholster, you measure how far apart they need to be and sew accordingly! after sewing several seams you need to look at the existing staples and just staple the fabric in position!!

even though its not perfect, it still looks so cute and goes beautifully with my room!

you will be very happy with how it turns out. i just know it!

i also redid the chair that i bought. it was an iron color and in order to match my room i just spray painted it antique white and sanded it down with some sand paper -to antique it- to look as good as new! or old 🙂
