Hosting a tea party was the best experience. I grew up with tea parties and my grandma still throws tea parties to this day. This tea party was a true reflection of myself. Enjoy!

Tea sandwiches consisting of chive and onion cream cheese and cucumbers cut out with gifted cookie cutters.
Yogurt parfaits made with layers of frozen fruit, yogurt and fresh fruit.
Medium recipe made by Dani Bartley:
Fruit salad with apricot dressing
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 cans apricot nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit: green grapes, blueberries, cantaloupe, strawberries, raspberries
In a microwave-safe bowl, stir the sugar, cornstarch and apricot nectar until smooth- microwave uncovered 6-8 minutes stirring every 2 minutes. Drizzle with dressing and served chilled!
“DANI BARTLEYS FAMOUS CHICKEN SALAD”
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup homemade Tennessee pickles
1 small onion
Mix well and serve on a salad, croissant or inhale deeply.
